Job Title: Inside Sales and Business Development

Job Type: Part-Time (4–5 hours per day)

Remuneration: Rs. 8000 to Rs. 1,25,000 per month (including incentives)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Inside Sales professional to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and a proven ability to generate leads, craft compelling pitches, and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote GMART products and services through effective communication.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value and benefits of GMART products and services.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Conduct thorough business research to identify and qualify potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns, including lead and email campaigns, to drive revenue and meet targets.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone, email, or web chat.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work within company guidelines and ensure customer contact numbers remain confidential.
  • Drive email campaigns and participate on LinkedIn, Quora, and other platforms for responding to various groups/forums.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work with secure calling solutions and adhere to data privacy standards.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activity.
  • Capable of conducting research to identify new prospects and opportunities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for work.
